perhaps you do have a bad set of tires. MY kumhos are doing fine and they stick just as well if not better than the A520 I previous had.: So, I hadn't driven the Z all weekend, just got back from a trip driving a new Celica for 200 miles. Get in Z to go get some chow. I go to pull out from my apt. complex enjoying the power of the Z after driving the Celica w/ the AC on.... and all I get is spin city on the rear tires. I mean anything over 3500rpm in 1st and the back end was all over the place!(NOT feathering clutch or anything, just using gas pedal) I got behind a slow-ass Buick and did a tight 90 degree turn to the left behind it....back end swung WAY out at only 2500-freaking-rpm!! Slow down at a yield to about 15-20 mph, hit gas.... tires spin like mad. Mind you it is about 100+ degrees outside, hot, sticky rubber and roads and these piece-of-crap tires won't even stay hooked up. THEY SUCK, STAY AS FAR FROM KUMHO'S AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN! I SO wish I had gotten better tires like the Yoko A520's I had...sigh. : Mike
